YG Kash came up as a founding member of the Southern hip-hop group BIC, then started his own label, Sharkland Records, in the late 2000s.
After time away from the spotlight he came back stronger and is now one of Atlanta's leading underground rappers. He also engineers his own sessions, so he runs every record from the booth to the final mix.
His catalog includes features and studio work with some of the biggest names the city has produced.
